Still offering adjustable swings arms, designed in a compact foldable unit and mounted to the wall. The Model I uses the same technology, and simply has no mirror.
During the initial set up the device conducts a personal assessment and base don the results, suggests suitable exercise intensities, difficulty levels and a workout plan for users.
Supported by comprehensive instructional videos, users have the option to follow the customised routine designed by professional trainers, the SPLAn community or create their own!
The Model I keeps you on time, by generating calendars with to do lists and reminders.
Exercise data can be viewed and exercise effects tracked from multiple perspectives, allowing users to monitor their calories and functional data for 7 muscle groups on a daily, weekly, monthly or yearly basis.
