Isokinetic

Isokinetic mode ensures different levels of resistance to maintain a constant speed, no matter how much force you apply throughout the entire range of motion.

Monitor your effort on screen and in your recorded stats how hard you are working and the maximum weight you achieved.

Isokinetic mode allows for controlled and safe exercise when you want to push yourself to the limit.

Get Ready

In-Flight Weight Adjustment Button

The Bluetooth button allows for seamless switching between the weight being Engaged or Released.

Attach the button to any handle being used. Begin the exercise by assuming the starting position with the weight disengaged. When ready, simply tap the button with a finger or knuckle to activate the weight and start the set. The weight engages only at the starting position, providing a level of safety and injury prevention that traditional free weights cannot offer.

At the conclusion of the set, touching the button releases the weight so you can move to the next set or exercise.

Further safety is offered if you reach your limit during the exercise, simply tap the button to disengage the weight effortlessly.

Eccentric

Eccentric training targets the lengthening phase of muscle movement, scientifically proven to be the most beneficial part of the exercise. It is highly effective for building muscle strength, improving tendon health, and enhancing overall functional performance. Unlike Isokinetic mode you can move faster with increased effort as you would in a real life situation, and with reduced speed of movement the weight is removed.

The rowing mode ensures consistent resistance throughout the rowing motion, allowing for precise control over the intensity and speed of exercises. This feature is crucial for safely rebuilding strength and mobility in patients recovering from injuries or surgeries.
