Cancellation policy

Full Payment and Deposits
When you purchase via a deposit, you are reserving a product to be delivered at a later date following full payment. When you pay a deposit at checkout, we store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date as stated at checkout. 
You can cancel a deposit that has not yet been fulfilled or fully charged for. If the order has been fully charged for but not fulfilled you can cancel the order and be refunded.  If the order has been fulfilled , then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund.
